Guided tour of the Meaux Saint-Faron cheese dairy. Discover the stages involved in preparing and maturing Brie from Seine-et-Marne: Brie de Meaux PDO and Brie de Melun PDO, in keeping with tradition, from processing the milk to making the cheese ready to eat. Tasting accompanied by an apple juice from the Brie region at the end of the tour.

Guided tour of the Meaux craft brewery, which opened in 2015. The owners, Ludivine and Sébastien, welcome you and show you how their famous Meaux beers are made: the amber beer won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in 2018, and the dark beer won a bronze medal in 2022. Round off your visit with a taste of their delicious beer.
