Presentation

Ludivine and Sébastien welcome you in their cottage brewery. A great cereal-growing basin, the Meaux region, its History and its gastronomic specialties, attracted our two brewers

Established in December 2015, this young brewery produces quality traditional beers! Ludivine and Sébastien will be pleased to welcome you in their premises. After a tour of the site to discover the secrets of production, you will have the opportunity to taste their different beers…
Purchasable directly on the site’s store or from diverse producers, restaurants and local groceries. Wheat beer, lager, amber ale, or brown ale, Meaux beers will blend perfectly with cheeses from the region, or simply for an appetizer or dinner with friends.

The lager, started in December 2015 was the first of the range, soon followed by an amber ale created in March 2016. This amber ale was decorated with a silver medal at the 2017 Paris Agricultural Show. The wheat beer was the third beer created by Meaux's brewery in June 2016. Finally, a brown ale joined the family recently.

Each beer offers its own specificity :
- The lager will go well with a barely refined Brie de Meaux, or others bloomy rind cheeses, but also seafood like oysters.
- The brown ale, as opposed to the lager, will go best with washed-rind cheeses or a well-aged Brie de Meaux. It is also perfect for seafood, such as shrimps.
- The wheat beer can be associated with fresh cottage cheese and goat’s cheese or seafood like whelks.
- The brown ale is available since the beginning of the year, come taste it!
