You can relax in the 600 m2 garden and 40 m2 terrace.
The accommodation
The main room comprises a kitchen and living room. The room has a surface area of 45 square meters.

The bay windows offer superb views and plenty of natural light. You'll be able to see beautiful sunsets! Light permitting, you can see the lighthouse of ... The Eiffel Tower!

In the lounge area, there are two sofas and a bench to relax on. The coffee table can be used to play board games.

There's a video projector for relaxing in front of a movie. Amazon Video, MyCanal, Molotov, Netflix and Disney + are included in the rental price.

Board games are available, as are books in the library. Novels, business, personal development - there's something for everyone who likes to read.

A Bose Bluetooth speaker lets you connect your devices to listen to music.

In the fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob with hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine), you'll also have access to service (plates, cutlery, glasses, chopsticks).
You can enjoy your breakfast on the large central island in the kitchen area.

Outside, you can have lunch on an aluminum table facing the view. The sky is magnificent in the evening, and varies according to the weather.

The bedroom has a very comfortable bed. Sheets and comforter are provided, and the bed is made when you arrive.
For teleworking, there's a comfortable desk chair and a minimalist glass desk. Of course, there's a fairly powerful wifi connection.

There's also an elliptical trainer for workout addicts!

The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The bathroom has a bathtub and double washbasin unit. Shampoo and soap are provided, as are towels.
