Come and meet Julien and Mélanie Métayer during direct sales at the honey house.

In 2020, Julien and Mélanie Métayer's work was rewarded at the 1001dégustations.com competition. Gold medals were awarded for their summer honey from their Quincy-Voisins apiary and their forest honey from their Coutevroult apiary.

Here are the awards obtained in 2019 at the honey competition of Ile de France:
- Bronze medal for crystallized spring honey from the hives of Ferme de Montaumer
- The silver medal for crystallized summer honey from the hives of the Château de Quincy park
- Gold medal for crystallized spring honey from the Quincy farm hives.

Here are the awards won in 2020 at the Concours des miels de France:
- Gold medal for Polyfloral honey


Honey is sold directly from the honey house (open Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9.30am to 12.30pm: it's advisable to call the beekeepers beforehand as access is a little difficult) and at markets (Meaux on Tuesday mornings, Esbly on Thursday mornings, Quincy-Voisins on Saturday mornings and Crécy-la-Chapelle on Sunday mornings).

You can also recycle your jars at the Honey in Bulk event on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
