Inspired by his many experiences and travels, Clément Dussourt, chef at Un Goût de Nature, offers a new, intimate and tasty menu every month, in tune with the seasons.

His cuisine is fresh, refined and modern, using quality produce sourced from committed producers and artisans who respect nature, soil and people. Local above all, of course!

A unique lunchtime menu is also concocted every week with products of the moment, and is available every lunchtime from Wednesday to Saturday.
