A discovery tour around the Brie de Meaux AOP is waiting for you.

Historical reenactments and tableaux will allow you discover more about the history of this famous cheese. You will discover the different steps in its making, from the milk harvest to the maturing in cellars. You will then learn about the current stakes for the Brie de Meaux AOP which is proudly represented by its Brotherhood.

To top off this discovery, a tasting will be offered every Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 am and at 04:00 pm by reservation. *

We provide free booklets in English, Dutch, German, Spanish and Italian to accompany you on your visit to the Maison du Brie de Meaux.

Full price: 6€ with tasting (on Saturdays and Sundays) ; 4€ without tasting
Reduced rate: 4.50€ with tasting (on Saturdays and Sundays) ; 3€ without tasting
Free: Tasting at 2€ with free entrance (on Saturdays and Sundays)

Reduced rate : 4 to 26 years, 65+, resident of the Meaux Region,
students, groups of more than 15 persons.

Free: First sunday of the month, under 4 years, Ballad’Pass card holder on buying a full price ticket, teachers, members of the Brie de Meaux Association, tourism and culture professionals (subject to conditions).

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12.30 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm. On Sunday between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Closed on Monday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.

The Maison du Brie de Meaux has a freight elevator and is accessible only by manual wheelchairs, and the foot braces must be removable to close the freight elevator door.
