Ferme de la Vallière
Tancrou
The Vallière farm store offers a wide range of goat's cheeses (crottins, bûches, tomettes, pyramides...) and many other regional products.
The 200 goats at Ferme de la Vallière produce milk from March to December (calving and dry-off dates).
This milk is used by the cheese-makers to make high-quality farmhouse cheeses such as crottins, buches and petit chèvre d'Ile-de-France.
The farm store welcomes you on Wednesdays and Fridays from 4pm to 7pm, and on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm, to help you discover local products (cheese, cider and apple juice) as well as products from neighbouring farms (flour, oil, honey, mustard, etc.).
The goat farm is open to visitors on Wednesdays and Fridays from 4pm to 7pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm.
Don't miss goat milking from 5pm!
The Moret family's cheeses won awards at the Festival de la Terre cheese competition (organized by the Ile de France Dairy and Cheese Farms Association) in 2021:
- Gold medal for their "bûche affinée
- Bronze medal for their fresh crottin
- Bronze medal for their plain yoghurt
